I don't think she has gone through any. According to me she has filled teeth gap, in her initial days there used to be a tiny gap between her two front teeth, nevertheless she looked gorgeous. Anyway, I might be wrong.

After this surgery, most people go thru' rhinoplasty to reconstruct their nose. I have been through the same. It is no fun. There will be major nose shape change or minor (I like my original nose though).
