The video is an example from one of the 150 villages and towns involved in the national projects of Take-away package. The aim of the Take-away approach is to bring to the participating municipality the possibility of using all the assisting professions at the same time, each contributing to improve the situation of marginalised individuals, groups or families in different thematic areas (employment support, health support, support of inclusive education and change of attitudes, etc.).
