In this video, we are discussing the details of May 1 and the two day federal reserve meeting which will be ending on this day and will also be getting the announcement on interest rates and what the federal reserve sees with the economy as well as what they're going to be doing with interest rate policy. This is very important to continue watching because for the last year and a half, interest rates because of the federal reserve and the FOMC announcements have been very high impacting the cost to borrow money for average Americans. This is translated into higher expenses for everyone on everything that we are buying and any money that we are borrowing. We need to continue watching the federal reserve very closely as well as the economic data and economy as a whole because it is all directly tied together. This is directly in regards to the federal reserve announcement on May 1 as they end their two day FOMC meeting and give this economic announcement.

All I know is Florida has not gotten a dimmest exp elderly homless too much car insurance PIP $800. It doesn't cover a car. It doesn't cover anything. They need to change the laws in Florida to if you hit someone you're responsible. Because everyone that causes the accident, my insurance went up and I'm a Lyft driver so now I can't even work because I can't afford regular car insurance. It's almost as much as my rent paymentand it's there's no authority to it down. They need to start focusing on the things that are costing us so much money healthcare is only one car insurance is another one make everybody a flat rate 300 $400 stop with the raising and lowering and take it out car accident on innocent people enough I'd like I said I can't even afford to take care of my family.

All I can say is the lines at the food bank is longer than ever now and especially when theres a 5 week month! So you think inflation is REALLY coming down? NOT!!! Most of us here have a HUGH food insecurity and no one in our wonderful government could careless! They are e 4:50 ating steak and lobster and we stand in lines for whatever handouts we can get!😢

Renter's can't afford rent. Rent on house's are sky high. What use to cost 885.00 is now 1350.00 plus to move in you have to pay 2600.00 up front and first months rent. Food here is out of control. Not to forget about water if your water bill is 60.00 every 2 months you also get another 60.00 for consumption. Then the waste water is another 170.00 on top of the 120.00 .
I have a question that he did not ask you on the last video. You said they'll be two checks in May. And no check in June. Why do they do that?

I received my May 2024 #SSI check by direct deposit this morning.

@pamelaamacher8170 Well it sounds right. My bank will move up a direct deposit date if the amount of the direct deposit is at least $200.USD and my bank account is in good standing for 10 years. I've had an account with my bank since April 1997. The funds are now there but I won't start paying bills for May 2024 until May 01, 2024.
If the first falls on a monday I get it on Saturday, , but I never get it that early I have had my bank account for 34 years
I received my May 2024 #SSI check by direct deposit on 4/25

Intrest rates or whatever all I know is the coffee I buy is up to 12 dollars and meat is almost unaffordable. 26 bucks for a beef roast full of fat and will shrink to nothing once cooked. Fresh food is way unaffordable. Gas is off the chain. Forget borrowing money. We need help

My car insurance went from 99.00 a month to 179.00 a month! I couldn’t find anything cheaper either. Someone I know well told me that they were paying 200.00 plus per month. I almost am ready to stop driving due to costs. Everything has gotten crazy.

I have that issue when I put my wired earbuds. Somehow it must've been an update through Google or TH-cam. The commercials are loud but can't barely hear any video sound.
