I find this video so satisfying. Like no talking or random remixed dubstep. Just the car in its purest form from the cabin.
Nice sounding car! Good to know my transmission isn't the only one that makes all of these noises. Some days quiet, some days more noisy.

+Munther AL-sulaimi Definitely more tail happy. Much better than the open diff these cars come with.
***** have you ever took your car to an autox event ? You would notice that under acceleration while cornering the car tends to understeer ... imagine how an lsd would help the car rotate in these conditions . Sure for daily driving the open diff is ideal but for those who are looking for performance on the track the lsd is a huge upgrade over the stock open diff.
+semiautoriflelover1 this is merely an example of trying to get it out to show that there is no more understeer. It makes a big difference in turning when on the gas because it actually rotates.

Ahh! So sick man! When you were kicking the end out was it wet or was that on power alone?
It was mostly just power alone. In the very first clip it's just barely damp but it acts very similar in the dry. When it's dry you have to really want to slide to get it to step out but when it's wet it's much easier.
i like the intake sounds.. but i think i would get tired of it in a couple days knowing me.
+LastHumansGarage From watching your videos you would probably take it on and off a lot. By no means is it quiet. It is pretty loud so I can see where it might get a little annoying at times but I like it.
+Derek Welker i have a drop-in coming and some smooth lower hoses. I am aware of the tiny gains, but its the perfect middle ground for me. even if each one only gives me 2.5whp each, thats 5hp from the 2 intake mods. and when I'm virtual dyno'ing, i fight for every 3-5 extra hp.. so i suppose even 3-4 extra is worth it in the large picture. and say you do 3-5 of those tiny mods.. all of a sudden you have 10-12 extra hp, so it all adds up. the key is how much $ you waste for those tiny gains.
+LastHumansGarage Absolutely. Sometimes the smallest upgrades help in the bigger picture. 2-5whp isnt that much of a difference but adding it with others can make a big gain. TGV deletes are an easy 10-15whp gain as well. Also in my opinion the charge pipe makes a massive difference as well. Much better mod than getting an intake since they are similar in cost.
+Derek Welker i always was afraid of aftermarket charge pipe fitments.. almost every post i read talks about less than stock perfection. i didn't know they had that much gain.
+LastHumansGarage My PRL fits perfectly. The BPV hoses are a little tricky to get in place just because there isn't much room to work and not very good instructions but other than that its an easy install. Also makes putting the intercooler back on much easier. PRL charge pipe makes the car spool up significantly quicker and also holds power better to redline since more timing can be added to the top end. The stock charge pipe is horribly designed and has a lot of restriction.
Looks like rear LSD only. thats actually the better way to go with an fa20 wrx. it makes the car behave very rear biased.
Correct, rear only. Definitely behaved more like a RWD car in a lot of scenarios.

hey i was wondering if you had any shifter modifications done to your car. for example, like a short throw adapter. i know that you have the perrin brass bushing but wasn't sure if there was anything else. because your shifts look very smooth. thanks !

Derek is it removeable or detachable so it can be unseen ? Or is it mounted permanently. Just want more info before buying one
+krncaucasian If you email me I can show you some pictures but it is not mounted permanently. Its a bracket that slides in between the radio trim and the dash piece and basically pinches the accessport to the dash. It does not damage anything but holds the accessport in place.
To me a loud Bov is very annoying but to each his own.

+Duane Chambers Its right around 330whp/350tq on a mustang dyno. The LSD is a Cusco 1.5 Way. Its a clutch type LSD. What do you want me to explain for you? There is a lot of information online regarding it.

It is definitely a good mod. Probably one of the best I have done. Its totally worth it to me. The only downside is it can be annoying in a parking lot but other than that it feels great.

Hey, 1:03 did your second gear grind a little? Mine does, and it sounds similar.
No its just the linkage makes a lot of noise. Ive never had mine grind unless the clutch isn't pressed in all the way.
How many miles do you have on your car? Does it still shifts smooth?

This was before I went with Methanol Injection so it was around 305/305. Now I'm running 354/356.

What tune r u running on your prl intake?
PROTune, no OTS maps are available for the intake.

+CallmeSubten you might be able to use the stage 2 map directly from Cobb but I wouldn't trust it. I would get a tune with it. You can either get a protune or etune (email tune) from a reputable tuner. It's your choice what you would like to do.
