We are finally back in Japan! I am so happy to share my favorite city in the world with you.
After a 19 hour transit from Europe to Japan, we finally made it. We opted for a hotel in the heart of the city that features a hot spring bath on the rooftop to ease the jet leg. In this vlog I take you beyond some of the busiest streets to more local areas, I take you to try traditional food, shop, and cherry blossom watching. Sweet potato tempura ice cream sounds crazy. That the thing with Tokyo, Japan and Asia in general - your mind is flipping out constantly because everything around you is new and you're discovering new things every second. Feels like you are reborn and just discovering the world around you all over again. You have a cute friendship with your Japanese friends hah.
Yeah, I also love all these new flavors, textures, and experiences in Asia. That's why I keep coming back always 😍
My first trip to Japan was so mind blowing because the waiter was in a kneel/squat position taking my order. Because I lived near Equator, the sky darkened at 5 pm is also shocking to me and I love the wash toilet.

Unfortunately, I don't know the name. They took us to a more local part of Meguro and surprised us with the location. I will message them and if they remember I can let you know 😉

Going to Tokyo soon and planned on the usual places tourists go to. After watching this I feel like exploring Daikanyamacho as it had great vibes. Want to try the sweet potato ice cream. Thx, that was great !
Don't forget mont blanc cake🌰, it's very seasonal🍁🍂🎃 as well as sweet potato🍠.
Yes, Daikanyamacho is great when you want to escape the busy streets but still want to stay central. Highly recommend the Meguro River area. I will explore more of this area in other videos I will upload soon.

I use JR, metro and private railways when in Tokyo.Bus and taxi hardly ever.Sometimes on foot if my next destination wouldn’t be so far from where I am.What was your major means to move around in this megapolis🗼? Did you use 1 day or 1 week travel pass?
Oh, I downloaded the Suica card in my phone, and I would recharge it with Apple Pay via the phone. And we used mostly the metro and JR, but also a lot of walking
