  • This is the full Thai Boxing training by Bas Rutten. It's very good. Most fights don't just involve your hands. This is good for transitioning between different techniques and technique sets. Don't forget to add the concept of range. Most people are not just going to stand still while you hit them while defending yourself and or others.

    Crazy to think bas said he only would train for about an hour a day sometimes he would do it twice a day but his belief is short intensity more closely mimics a fight than say 6 hours of steady work which is more marathon like.
    Guess it makes sense pancrease being only 1 round but 30 minute round, he wanted to know he could go full blast for 60 minutes atleast
