Great info. I always enjoy learning some of the tech/science side of things. Understanding how it works assists in the whole process of putting the detector to work.
Hi Kevin my name is Jon and I'm here in Stanton. I was talking to Ike the other day, he works the Dickenson claims { but you probably know that } any way he has a Minelab 5000 and was looking for someone to teach him how to use it, so I thought I would pass this along in case you had the time to talk to him. This was a lot of info I know very little about but I did learn a little something. Thanks, and keep the videos coming!
Thanks Kevin,... I was using my GPZ-7000 in some no problem ground when I came across some Very_Hot Basalt. I tried everything making multiple adjustments, but I could not get the coil over the area(s). Finally gave up due to it Blitzing out every time I swung even next to the area. I honestly don't think that a DD coil would have been able to cancel out this. Gary
Honestly blokes What my attitude is in Field is! What am i doing There? Ah to find as much colour As possible. Now why would i waste 6-7 hours digging a bunch of holes and hard earth snd find 1-5 bits of tiny gold? Im Not that thick. The Metal detector is Only my locator tool to find Ground now I'd rather sluce And find colour every minute not Once a hour or three... You Go YHWH bless do Your thing And i will do old-school and i don't use 20th century Minelab I use 1887-90 machines I'm not in a hurry bit by bit easipeezee slow slow steady And enjoy the journey fella's yeeehaaaa 😅😅😅😅
