您好，有的，日本的話通常用（男爵馬鈴薯）它也用來做薯片，圓形比較容易軟的馬鈴薯。咖喱的話，會用🥔長圓型。選比較容易軟的馬鈴薯就可以了。這樣口感會比較好👍

我通常用日本的MIZKAN白醋，壽司的醋比白醋多了糖分和鹽，我沒用過。用壽司醋調的話，可能其他份量要調整一下❤️

日本的，好像在台灣的Donki 可以找到KEWPIE 美乃滋。台灣的美乃滋好像比日本甜😀所以用台灣的話，要加些鹽和醋來調味，這樣就比較接近KEWPIE的味道了。
