I absolutely love the dragons breath celosia 💕. What an amazing cut flower!!!!! The deep color with the chartreuse coleus is fabulous. And what a wonderful arrangement!!! Isn’t it just so relaxing and cathartic!?! You’ve given me some fabulous ideas, using things I have around my garden I might not have otherwise used!!! It’s so earthy and rustic. Exactly how fall should be!! I have some of the cages and frogs!! I’d never knew until you showed us!! It has changed the way I’m able to arrange flowers. !! I even now collect antique frogs!!! Truly beautiful pair of gorgeous fall arrangements!! Thank you as always Allen !!
Hey P. Allen, I just wanted to thank you for producing all of the quality programming you have provided over the years! No one does it any better! Maybe the next time you make it down to Natchez, perhaps you, my sister-in-law Regina, and myself could get together at Biscuits and Blues and commiserate over the pleasantries of southern living! God Bless! ☺️
Allen, I love your use of the miscanthus grass seed heads in these very stunning floral arrangements! I have always loved the beautiful airy heads on them but had never thought of using them in an arrangement. Thank you! I'm heading out to cut some of mine now!
I brought my dragons in that fall, unfortunately they were not happy and died. They are absolutely beautiful, the color is so saturated Your arrangement is very creative, I like it. You still have it after all of years, and then some
Yes it is an annual. Typically grown from seed, but you may be able to find it in gallons at the nursery. But once you grow it once, why would you not just save the seed? You'll get tons!!! Check out the Dragon's Breath Celosia Facebook Page here: facebook.com/dragonsbreathcelosia/
half of my celosia is without leaves. pt shade, morning sun. half closest to brick wall is naked. don't see bugs. but have had lots of whitefly this year in the grass.

I enjoy these videos. Thanks for the flower cage tip.
Love this ! One of my favorites
Love the idea of planting the Celosia with the Coleos. I will remember that for next year.
A must in the garden. 😃💚💚💚💚💚💚
I just stumbled across your channel. I love how knowledgeable you are. This is a great channel. Thank you!!

as always. Just cut rose hips and purple seed heads of a Cana someone gave me for a fall arrangement

Thank you Joan. I'm sad your plants didn't make it. I hope you do try again!
I wish I could plant all of these beautiful flowers in IL, I would probably lose them in a matter of a week.
"Radicals." Yes!
What brand of fertilizer do you like for cut flowers?
...so I want to make sure I’m right about this. Celosia can only be grown through seed and it is an annual?
This flower is beautiful!
