It braked from 100kmh, nearly a standstill, whilst overtaking a truck. I managed to stop in time and the driver was profusely apologetic when I pulled up beside her to register my displeasure. If Subaru eyesight thinks something being overtaken / turning vehicle is still in your lane it beeps, flashes full dash red, displays obstruction detected. If you don't react within a second it applies full ABS level brakes. Similarly if you're rapidly approaching the rear of the car ahead, if you intend taking a slip lane *but haven't yet indicated*. A tap or slight increase of accelerator and the car will disengage AEB and defer to your driving. Slight steering input (away from obstruction) also counts as a reaction and will it disengage. Do nothing and you're stopping. The manual states these incidents are automatically recorded (no audio) so if you've an event warranting Subaru can pull the footage.

      @karmicselling4252 ปีที่แล้ว

      In Victoria, Pedestrians are breaking the law if they cross a road within 20 metres of a pedestrian crossing. They must use the pedestrian crossing. At 7:25 you can see some traffic lights to the right down the road a bit. However, they look to be more than 20 metres away from where the pedestrians crossed. Regardless, the cars turning left should have erred on the side of caution and given way to the pedestrians.
