For those who don't get the punchline, in an old Doctor Who episode, after the Doctor regenerates, he says "Change my dear. And not a moment too soon." He is referring to his regeneration. In this LEGO video however, he refers to change as money you get after paying for something.
@StickMarsChannel (1) Peri was the fifth doctor's last companion and the sixth doctor's first companion, and she was the person who asked the doctor what happened after he regenerated, and he said "change, my dear, and not a moment too soon." and (2) its a good video. i liked it a long time ago and i recently found it recently
You're good at using the quickcam for making these. I'd like to get into stop motion stuff like that, but I have a limited supply of LEGO for sets, and not much time. :(
im not old scratch but ill tell you, its called ''frames per sec" its when u take a picture of an itum then move it a little bit each time. then after a yiel u put all the pictures in to a movie maker thing then WALA!! u got a movie... the itum(s) will seem to be moving by its self.
I think he got it from a Harry Potter set from the legoized character, Lucias Malfoy. Look for a COS's set in the corridor or look for a GOF set and look for the graveyard one, or you can buy his body seperatly off ebay.
@MrDittoDitto He's called the Doctor, Time Lord is two words, it's a 60's police box and it's the TARDIS, no full stops. At least you got the British part right.
I saw this years before I watched Series 5 with Matt Smith...then went to Series One and finished New Who. Then I went back and watched a bunch of classic (I still am!) Much in the spirit of Doctor Who, this joke took years for me to get.

OMIGAWD!!! Campy, which is to say a spot on match for the original series. I was worried I wasn't going to get the joke at first. I do feel a little bad for those who dont get it. Im trying to think of a hint to help out but I cant without giving it all away & wheres the fun in that? Oh well off to watch again

what do you use to make your stop-motion animation with? I'm using movie maker and It's not coming out right, and also if you are using movie maker what FPS (frames per second) are you using

@GrayVizard No it wouldn't, they're already animating the lost footage you fool, and for the record, the celestial toymaker had three episodes wiped from the BBC archive, the other one remains in the DVD lost in Time.
