Released on the Sonotone Label ‘Mere Dil Wich Tu’ was one of the final records released by Kartar Singh Ramla who was by now a widely known household name and at the height of his career. The album also features the lesser recognised Paramjeet Sandhu.
Music is provided by the undeniable Charanjit Ahuja and as always is a rollercoaster of Tumbi, Dholki and Baja to breakneck effect 🎢
In my opinion, ‘Mere Dil Wich Tu’ is possibly some of Kartar Singh Ramla’s best work and a master piece in Punjabi Folk Music 🎶🎵🎶
