    This was very useful because hristov really shows how planche should be properly done; I love how he explains everything straight to the point

    Mr Christov made a lot of sense on minute adjustments ❤. Since I have started to think about, concentrate and practice those minute adjustments. It made good improvements. No injuries, less pain, but it's a slow progress, needs patience. I am in the mid-40s, 178 cms, and what Christov was on about worked for me.

      Gymnastics just takes into consideration all aspects of athleticism. It's no wonder Hristov is the best right now. Having background on gymnastics gives him the upper hand when it comes to performing bodyweight movements in the most optimal way.

    The correct scapular position for the planche is protraction+depression or only protracrion?

    • @stephen0277
      @stephen0277 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Depression is a must in every exercise

    • @hedz7548
      @hedz7548 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      depression is cued for people who shrug their shoulder in elevation, but in practice you can't have full depression and protration at the same time, you must just fully protract and have the intention to depress

    • @mindcreator7663
      @mindcreator7663 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The shoulders should be on a neutral position. But as we know the most of the people lack with the elevation so to be in regular position you should have the intention to be on depression

      Already recorded the interview :)
      But I think he is trying creatine now if I am not wrong.
      My own opinion is , creatine, Vitamine D if you dont get sun (or during the winter) OMG3 the days you dont each fish. Magnesium, sink..

      I'm an intermediate athlete, i've got pretty decent ADV tuck planche/FL, i think combining those 2 skills in 1 session is good but you should be careful because they are very taxing on your elbows joins and articulations, so maybe try to train them 2 times/week, then your body and elbows will get stronger and you can start training these 3 Times/week after like a month, but in my opinion you shouldn't do more than 3 times a week to let your body recover. I'm not an expert i just gave you my point of view and expérience, hope this is helpful :)

    • @DanielFlefil
      @DanielFlefil  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah you can train planche and front at the same time. 3-4 workouts per week is good amount

    • @solomon9507
      @solomon9507 ปีที่แล้ว
