Mr Christov made a lot of sense on minute adjustments ❤. Since I have started to think about, concentrate and practice those minute adjustments. It made good improvements. No injuries, less pain, but it's a slow progress, needs patience. I am in the mid-40s, 178 cms, and what Christov was on about worked for me.
Gymnastics just takes into consideration all aspects of athleticism. It's no wonder Hristov is the best right now. Having background on gymnastics gives him the upper hand when it comes to performing bodyweight movements in the most optimal way.
Well the advices included in this movie are very useflu... Small things like biceps turned forward or well shown tuck planche make the whole journey easier.
depression is cued for people who shrug their shoulder in elevation, but in practice you can't have full depression and protration at the same time, you must just fully protract and have the intention to depress
The shoulders should be on a neutral position. But as we know the most of the people lack with the elevation so to be in regular position you should have the intention to be on depression
does hristov do isolation exercises? like bicep curls, triceps extension, etc for strengthening full planche. Because my muscles are weak in certain point
Already recorded the interview :) But I think he is trying creatine now if I am not wrong. My own opinion is , creatine, Vitamine D if you dont get sun (or during the winter) OMG3 the days you dont each fish. Magnesium, sink..
How many reps per excercise? Also How many days a week should we train like this? Can we train both progressions for planche and front lever? Amazing video!
I'm an intermediate athlete, i've got pretty decent ADV tuck planche/FL, i think combining those 2 skills in 1 session is good but you should be careful because they are very taxing on your elbows joins and articulations, so maybe try to train them 2 times/week, then your body and elbows will get stronger and you can start training these 3 Times/week after like a month, but in my opinion you shouldn't do more than 3 times a week to let your body recover. I'm not an expert i just gave you my point of view and expérience, hope this is helpful :)
He just talking about shoulders protrection, but isnt it shoulders retrection and protrection (down and forward)? Just starting after long breaks again, and want to know it right from beginning.
you sure you never did it before? tuck planch on your first day...... im practicing for planch myself and i cant even do proper tuck planch yet (after 6 months of pronated lean push ups and frog holds)
This was very useful because hristov really shows how planche should be properly done; I love how he explains everything straight to the point
happy to hear that!
i just got my first full planche hold, i forgot along my journey to turn my arms outward lmao
:P
Damn you must have iron wrists.
How long did i take for learning planche?
Should I be able do handstand to learn planche??
@@ksa06 Unnecessary but help to condition the wrist and to strengthen delts required for planche, In other words it make planche progression faster

Hristov: the man of no expressions
:D
Is it better to start on the smaller ones first before the medium ones?
The correct scapular position for the planche is protraction+depression or only protracrion?
Depression is a must in every exercise

Already recorded the interview :)

My own opinion is , creatine, Vitamine D if you dont get sun (or during the winter) OMG3 the days you dont each fish. Magnesium, sink..

Yeah you can train planche and front at the same time. 3-4 workouts per week is good amount
@@souny1372 I also recommend stretching and warming up before your workouts. These are very very useful when you are getting stronger for skills.
Guys Please make video on front lever

What's the denial height
The white socks are a nice bonus.
