Caffeine can be regulated so that there would be safe doses in energy drinks, soda pop, and coffee. Chocolate doesn’t need to be regulated, but it can come with a warning for people who are allergic to it or who can’t physically tolerate theobromine. Alcohol is already regulated so that minors can’t buy it.

Besides these, Tempest and Battle Zone also didn't have stories and the only one that was known to have a story by 1980 was Colossal Cave Adventure (or just Adventure for short) for the mainframes. Adventure would go on to influence two separate companies' projects in the PC side of things, In Cambridge, Massachusetts you had Infocom's Zork Trilogy and just down the raod from Atari in Oakhurst California you had On-line Systems' Mystery House. Both compaies would go on to not only be success stories, but also be bought up by Activision.
21:32 - I think in 1975 a Motorola _68000_ would have cost a lot more than just a hundred dollars as it was only introduced by Motorola in late '79 with actual chips being available not before over a year later.
