I love Lisa's huge meal compared to Bill's lil steak! LOL! I'm glad you sent that steak back Bill, when you cut into I said to myself "that looks really well done/overcooked." Happy Sunday to my favorite TH-cam couple!
The crab legs looked delicious!!
The problem is and I’ve been following them on the TH-cam channel for years, is Bill doesn’t do his steak medium rare. I know it’s a free world but when you are spending $60 or more for a steak, your ruining it by ordering medium. Always do what chef suggests.

@@Koicee8 if you are a professional chef and someone wants an overcooked steak, then you are going to get it. A chef will take it as an insult trust me I know.

Great vlog! We were wondering when you were going to the sphere. Glad you went so we dont have to for that price! Maybe for a concert. When we saw Bill cut that rib cap open the first thing I said was "he's got to send that back!".. Bill made me proud..
Yes, we wanted to wait til they Sphere hype died down a bit. I usually have a little flexibility on (steak) doneness, but that one was way over. lol
I'm so proud that Bill returned the rib cap since it was obviously overcooked. The look on Bill's face after the bite of the 2nd rib cap was priceless. Your whole meal looks awesome. I always stay on the strip but have been curious about the downtown area. Well....I finally made reservations at the Four Queens for October. I can't wait to visit your reccomendations. Thanks again for your honest restaurant reviews.

Our favorite steakhouse in Vegas! You need to get the crab cake and the mac n cheese next time. Best sides we have had at a steakhouse anywhere, not just Vegas. Great vlog as always, so sorry you had to send your steak back Bill.

I recently got to see a Dead & Company show at the Sphere. Even though I’m not really a fan of that band, the Sphere blew me away! It was the best concert experience I’ve ever had. Glad you got to check it out.

I have been curious about Sphere. I did like POST CARDS FROM EARTH. It was impressive to see it online. It must be fabulous to view at the SPHERE. I would go to a concert there for sure but just to go to the show and have a drink, for the anesthetics, probably one time would be okay. I do like it though.
OSCAR'S is a dining experience I have wanted to try for literal years. Everything just looked delightful! Delightful!

I usually get the rib cap Oscar's Style with crab and asparagus sauce on top! Delicious! I love the creamed corn, too!

That's awesome! We always like to go there periodically to make sure it's still 'Bill & Lisa Approved' since we always recommend Oscar's anytime someone asks for a steakhouse recommendation in Downtown.

Totally agree with you guys on Sphere experience. If it’s the movie , one time deal. If it’s concert , I will come back .
For the movie show, I like the 300s seats. If it’s 100s seating, I might have twisted my neck too much.
Last time, I did not pay for the sphere parking. Instead, I parked at Venetian and walked inside the casino through a bridge connection . ❤
Another great video! I thought the sphere experience looked great, but I still wouldn’t pay that. Maybe if it goes down to the $50 range one day, I’ll try it. And Oscar’s looked fantastic! I’m surprised the waitress didn’t recommend you split the Prime Rib 😂

I got the same experience ordering the rib cap at Oscars last January… but I didn’t send it back (too shy), the whole meal for me was ruined after that. I should have just sent it back like you. Thank you for a great review. I’ll give them another chance next time. 😊
I personally have kept steaks that miss the temp by one up or down. But, two steps to well done should’ve been noticed by the grill master. Do give Oscar’s another try, the food and service are really good. 👍🏼👍🏼

I went to the Sphere to see the show last March. I bought the tickets in December. It was an ideal seat midway up against the front rail just to one side of the center. The center part had a cutout where the rail was so we sat at the end of the row near the center cutout. Our seats were only 49.95 plus tax. When I looked at the price a month later, it was over 100.00 plus tax. Maybe I'll look for a concert show sometime. Those would be interesting.

say I saw how much the Sphere tickets were I don’t see that kind of pricing being sustainable because like you said, it’s a one and done for most I would think. Plus most people wouldn’t be able to do that often enough to keep them in business!

Eating a Filet and lobster tail/ brussel sprouts... and a few stellas at the bar top, was the best bar top meal Ive ever had. 3/16/21. right after covid 5star... bartop service
When I went my seat in the 300 section was only $65, and I took a UBER...yes the Seats are tight and steep and the show is amazing..the Sphere should be seen at Night! It truly is incredible. ...as far as the steak house..kinda the same as seen before..enjoy guys...but that dinner is crazy expensive 😂😂
Sphere was definitely pretty cool. It was an updated Oscar's review. We like to periodically review the restaurants we always recommend to make sure it's still 'Bill & Lisa Approved'. lol

Those crab legs looked amazing! I'll be honest I always find the appearance of prime rib so unappealing. I noticed in Tim's video he constructed his loaded potato. Did you do yours off cam or did it come like that?
All the sides for the baked potato come in little metal ramekins. I built mine up off camera. 👍🏼
