    ninong ry, can you please try the same theory/trial/research with finding the best & crunchiest fried chicken recipe? i'm still in search for the best recipe. i've tried southern style with buttermilk, korean with the double fry method, filipino/jollibee style following tips from comments section from past jollibee crew lol, etc., but still haven't found the best recipe that is for sure always crunchy. hope you notice this po 🥺

      Same tayo. Ganito din tntry ko crispy na chicken. Ang nagawa ko is cornstarch, potato starch tpos lagyan mo salt ung mixture mo then sa pampalasa is ginisa mix na powder. Masarap din at crispy.

    Very informative yung video. I would say na sana naemphasize na pwedeng lagyan ng ice cubes yung batter para mamaintain yung lamig ng batter and yung reaction ng cold batter sa hot oil. Nakakatakam tuloy 😁

    My own tempura batter...fry mix, egg, all purpose flour, cold water or ice cubes (tantiyahin na lng ang mixture depende sa dami Ng lulutuin)...
    ...clean the shrimp, remove the intestine,make small slices on the shrimp, add salt and pepper...rub the shrimp first in corn starch, dip i in prepared batter (the mixture above) and rub in bread crumbs and fry...enjoy your crispy tempura...try nyo baka magustuhan nyo😃sarap din Ng veg tempura nyo I'll try it 😃😋

    Ninong ry, nakakagigil ka. Este Yung mga niluluto mo. Kakaadik. Pinagagalitan na ko ng anak ko. Ikaw ang laging nakikitang pinapanuod ko whaahah. Addiction na ata to hahaha

    Gumagawa ako ng ganyan Ninong ang ginamit ko Club Soda sobrang lutong kahit all-purpose flour gamit.

    Gawa ka ng mga pang meryenda n pangbenta like spaghetti.palabok.lugaw ginatan.yung tipid sa ingredient pero malasa..thanks ng marami.
