I am so happy about aloe not being trash in the chinese version
The Chinese version has some really good plant ideas not found in the international version, the sad part is that the games plants suffer from bug's and some really stupid logic. I think the reason Olive oil doesn't work with the jalapeno is because it would be redundant since that plant already has a very similar effect to what the what the Olive oil fire combination does in the 1st place
I, for one, was extremely grateful that they decided to have a specific counter for the ballerina zombies because those are one of the most frustrating zombies out of all the originals from the Chinese version. The fact they have so many plants that just act as counters to a specific zombie is normally a problem, but for the ballerinas it's a blessing
But even with the Ballerina counter, it has a purpose, and it's good at that other purpose, thus allowing it to be useful outside of this world and that specific counter.
Actually Olive Oil isn't really specific on countering Ballerina Zombies, it also synergies with most fire plants in the game. Unlike some other world plants, Renaissance plants can be used in other worlds. Heian era plants also do not suffer from this as well.

its always been a mystery to me about how sometimes, mobile games in china can be so different from the international version
The plants in renaissance age are very good (wouldn't say the same for olive oil) and I'm surprised that premium plants can be found in it I hope that the international version of pvz2 will have those plants and worlds cause when you finish all the worlds in the international version the game can get very boring
Pvz heroes fact interesting fact 1:chum champion and octo zombie are same animation fact 2:the 3old tribe didn't remove 1 clock tribe for cuckoo zombie 2 mime tribe for imitater and garg mime 3 seed tribe for seedlings and astrocado pit fact 3:you can see captain deadbeards parrot on taco League 47 (right there)
Doesn't oil float on water. That's means olive oil should qork on big wave beach
This series makes me want to play this version of pvz2
Funny how aloe goes from one of the worst plants to one of the best plants
I think international version should've just used Chinese aloe
Yeah, if EA PopCap still cares about this game (which seems unlikely) they can revamp Aloe, just like what they did with Snow Pea and Torchwood.
I have a small question:
What video are you going to do next after the analysis of zombies and plants?
gimmick for every chinnese version world?
Maybe the plants from the original version?
My guess would be a few "Overanalyzing EVERY Other Plant" videos like what he did with the zombies, especially considering the insane amount of new exclusive plants added that are in international worlds.
He probably will get through every single plant from PvZ 2C and then finish there
What the zombies hear when you have 2+ Aloes on the field: THE ONLY THING THEY FEAR IS YOU INTENSIFIES
Honestly I did NOT expect to hear Color Splash music here 😮
The vitruvian wheel is such a fun gimmick! I love it!
It would have been nice to get these stages in the US.
Idk the renaissance isn’t usually used as a fantasy setting in comparison to the “dark ages” with “its” wizards & shit.
I wish Aloe in the international version worked the same as Aloe in the Chinese version 😔
After the ragest rampage of manefying grass the music became so calm
Yep, that's what I was going for.
6:04 is just Garden Warfare in a nutshell
After watching the fairytale forest video, I have one thing to say.
Imagine using aloe with ent.
Flag Zombie: 69,420 zombies. Thats a lot.
i would like to argue that having several aloes would guarantee constant uptime; a column of aloe surrounded by two columns of strong attackers would be busted as hell
Aloe + Ent + any kind of high DPS attacker plant
Bless wax guard for being one of the few pvz2c plants with a sprite i actually really like
Mint families I think would be fitting for these guys (minus Aloe and Dartichoke):
Wax Guard: Reinforcemint
Kinnikannon: Armamint
Oil Olive: Peppermint for the fire combo, Containmint for misc
Ruby Red: Armamint
11:57 yo the way how the Jester kicked the berry is epic
This video is so good. Especially the music it brings me memories of sonic unleashed
Thank u a great deal for your work. I just wonder, are you going to review the plants, which are not exclusive for Chinese? It's really interesting to see, what abilities they gain through upgrades
Yes I'll do the rest of the plants after I'm done with the worlds.
Great video!
Thanks!
Am i the only one that loves the olive? The combos seems nice
The sound that Ruby Red makes sounds so satisfying for some reason.
Why can’t Aloe be like this in the international version? She’s like the Pvz2 version of an alchemist from bloons tower defence 6 when leveled up as well.
this isn’t alchemist at all
@@dougman1067 but alchemist also increases damege and attack speed
@@Joplys but alchemist buffs stats so much more aloe’s stats buff is kinda a bonus
@@dougman1067 well you are indeed right
Having the oil burn on water makes sense, since oil is lighter than water
Okay, Aloe is literally overpowered.
wax guard's design and animation actually looks real and not a bootleg plant
all the others (except kinnikannon) have also official-like designs
Everyone knows who Ruby Red is. But nobody seems to remember Rotten Red 😢
Honestly this is one of my favorite worlds
10:07
Must I explain any further? The answer:
*N O.*
Wax Guard comes from PvZ Online, but works differently
Great Work! Keep On Going!
I love the OP aloe in this version
Man, the aloe of this version was much more used, it crushes the international version in everything
A Chinese exclusive plant Jester actually reflects wtf
Pretty neat world theme. Suprised it isn’t international considering it’s a western setting.
I commented last time, but why is the sound quality of pvz2C so much worse than the international version? for years this has questioned me.
DAMN THE MUSIC SLAPS
Another great video! Cant wait for the next!
I love this series
Keep it up!
Thanks!
"Can't I just set the Ocean on fire or something?"- Max, The Thunderman's
Crackerjack Pumpkin (from PVZ M.O.T.S): *FINALLY A WORTHY OPPONENT*
I feel like this version is the superior one
Had to port one over? Ruby Red with some changes. Making it almost like… offensive PVZ1 marigold seems kinda fun. Killing zombies with it garuntees coin or Gem drops or something
The kinnikannon animation for shooting is so dumb I love it
"If you really want to, you can burn water" yes
Not having the Chinese Version makes me sad 😢
Wow aloe became both a better heavenly peach and a better lemon aid from pvz 3
