    I killed my prostate cancer 5 years ago. My PC and my urologist are still wondering what happened. 1/2 TBL baking soda and 1/2 TBL molasses in about 6 oz of warm water twice a day. I did it for I believe 6 weeks. Never returned! And I found it on line as others have
    been successful also.

    I will take what she says seriously. Because she is right. Anybody that trys to downplay what she says is working for big pharma. What she says is real and heals us. I know these things work. Id rather listen to someone that knows how to actually help people heal and not support big pharma.

    Eat your vegetables, all kinds and all colors 🥦🥬🥕🥒
    Lots and lots of green vegetables, raw vegetables
    Lightly steamed veggies, drizzle olive oil on them
    Lots of beans, and more beans (without added sugar)
    Lima beans, lentils and soy beans
    NUTS, almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, pumkin seeds
    Keep a healthy gut, go #2 daily and take your time

      @@medicalmarvelsmedia3 It is advisable to skip high oxalate foods, and the one I recommend for condensed info is Sally K Norton, Toxic Superfoods and it's companion, The Data Companion. There are some lower oxalate veg, but not spinach, chard, or beet greens. It's helping me out a lot.

Although she is not a doctor and does not wish to be called one, she communicates valuable knowledge in a very clear and precise manner. If more people followed her advice, we would gradually see a healthier community.

      She is not a “ medical” doctor but the has a doctor degree in nutrition I believe. Traditional medicine centers on medication for the symptoms of an illness. The medications have “ side effects” which is a misnomer for “ other illnesses. Is it worth studying that career? Nope.

    Sugar is not all the same…fruit provides healing of prevention of cancer…not the same as high fructose corn syrup & table sugar

    I think the title and post are mistaken: Barbara O'Neill is not a doctor. I love her as an educated nutritional coach, however, and educator of alternative medicines. Many of her opinions are in line with TH-cam doctors that I have heard on here. Yet, Barbara explains the reasons in much more physiological detail. She also promotes and easy and motivating philosophy for diet and exercise for sane and moderate living.

      No donuts, no cakes.
      All you drink is lemonwater, limewater, pure water, coffee and tea without sugar.
      By eating unprocessed single ingredient natural foods: meats like beef, chicken, pork, fish, salmon, tuna, gambas.
      Fruits like apples, bananas, berries.
      Yoghurt is great, cheese like gouda or cottage cheese is also great.
      Veggies are awesome potatoes, onions, garlic, salads.
      Nuts are simply awesome. My fave walnuts, a lot of almonds, brazilian nuts.
      Is it single ingredient? Yes/No
      Does it come from nature (or is it processed by human)? Yes/No
      The single person to blame for your bad diet is you. Noone is forcing donuts into you. It is you making the choice to do so.
      If you eat shyt you will look and feel like shyt.

    I have “ Stand Up Urine “ problems. Have spent MONTHS trying to tackle this…….using medical doctors, and my kinesiology doctor. I do NOT have colon cancer. Here is what I DO have……diabetes, non alcoholic cirrhosis, thyroid , and urinary issues. Each time I am treated, we add the vial for diabetes , cirrhosis, thyroid, along with urinary issues. So far, no help. Last week he found parasites, so I was hoping that THIS might help the urine problem. Nope. I have so many issues on my bucket list, but cannot get TO them because of this urine problem. I want my hair to grow. I want to help my MANY eye diseases. But, can’t get rid of the doggone urinary issues to even GET TO THOSE. Of course, all week long……inbetween appointments, I am trying vitamins, supplements, castor oil, hair brushing, and on and on and on as I await my NEEDED kinesiology appts……..IF I can ever GET TO THE POINT OF DOING THEM.❤️

    If you eat to much meat and not enough fat your insulin will go up. You have to eat 20% meat and 80% fat. It works but you have to track. Hang in there and join a group to help you. Kelly hogan has a group that could really help you. 3 weeks isn't long enough to see all the benefits. You can do this!

    Barbara, I want you to know that there are some imposters and posturing you and they have a bogus email address and they even have the items up with the amounts that it says it cost for your castor oil and instead of $39 and some change it comes out to be like $248.00!! thank God it did not go through on my card. My bank caught it and since then they have reached out to me on my phone number and asked me to go ahead and try it again and they give me 25% off so I just thought I would let you know.

      It's to much chewing for me so I would juice them on mornings and have one glass a day for a week then hold up for a day or two then juice again , 1 carrot 2 ,parsley 1 cucumber, 1 beetroot, 1 celery, small piece ginger,saffron,
      2 spinach, half of a small purple cabbage you will be energize

    Dr Barbara , I don't know if u heard about Dr Steven gundry. He advised that when we eat legumes we pressure cook them first because they have got a lot of lectins. What is yr view about this pls? And also oats and capsicums are not part of the lectin free diet! Are u of the opinion that we can take oats and capsicum and do not damage the gut? What is your view about Dr gundry's lectin free diet

    @Medical Marvels Media. PH of 6,5 is NOT alkaline, not even slightly. It is slightly acidic however... I recommend better fact check before you release videos on healthcare topics. How can I go to my doctor and tell him about ideas about my health that I have seen on TH-cam when YOU provide me with false information about even basic knowledge? How can I trust that the rest of your claims are not as fallible as this one?

      My doctor told me surgar is great lol they pump you full of chemicals and dish out cakes plus dairy . I have no faith in my doctor who couldn't even get my medication right !! Penny brohn is amazing they cook delicious plantbase food plus warn you about dairy and surga . It's obvious eat natrual not processed man made surgar and drink animals milk ( hormones ) that's for their babies not humans .
