This is what i am talking about. These are the type of houses that should be built in Rwanda. Super quality and modern, and well designed and laid out. They compliment the beautiful Rwandan landscape. The houses could definitely get better than this. Good design really does raise the value of the country. Beautiful. How much are the villas? This extra room at 18:26 minutes can be used as a gallery to exhibit my own art work, drawings, and prototypes of your designs including products and architectural models. Fantastic!!! I love it.

@@ChrisB-pu3kc Not bad. All i have to do is call them. They definitely have to build more exquisite houses like this. Of course not all have to have the modern style cardboard look because that would make the place typical other than unique because uniqueness is what sells most.
Rwanda is often referred to as African Switzerland. I think there is something to it. I wonder what it looks like outside of Kigali.

@@adjoa-anima For me, Africa is a very exotic place. There is an interesting history in the North. In the south, however, people and nature. Rwanda is mainly associated with coffee, which I love. And with events that are not allowed in Rwanda itself. For a long time in Africa, I am mainly interested in Rwanda. Not the former Egypt of the Pharaohs. Only Rwanda. It is difficult for me to explain. But there is something there that attracts.
Check out the unapologetically nomads they are in Rwanda they give you a feel of what it's like there. They showed an airbnb with a coffee shop am sure you'd be interested
@@adjoa-anima I've already thought about it. But these crazy times don't seem to offer many options. Just watch the borders of my country close. And then the departure or return will be very difficult. All of Europe is now a madhouse. I have to wait for this whole circus to end.

Love the house well done with the details but I have a few reservations with the amount of space in this house the kitchen could of been bigger and the lounge also the balcony upstairs near the master bedroom is fantastic but for the fake grass and a minor defeat at the bottom of the balcony but a fabulous house good fine Evelyne

Why you can tell people the price
I'd like to get the basic information without having to make an international phone call. It's smarter to just put the information out there so people can know, "hey, yeah this is a good idea. I can afford this" or "nope, not in my budget" right away and not waste anyone's time

Asio Evelyne Thanks... but why do they not just advertise their prices? Beautiful design but if I have to jump through hoops just to get standard pricing. I’ll move on to another contractor. Plan to relocate there soon. Thanks again for responding.
@@lisaburroughs7079 check out unapologetic nomads as well they are african american lots of houses on the chanel. we are in canada we are trying to move as well. Honestly its an amazing city. however they are slow in everything so be prepared to be patient. It took several hours to set up a usd account. However super professional. That being said no corruption. Good honest people.

So they did all this work with luxury furniture and all but they put a very cheap trash bin thats purple? Their interior design missed the smallest detail, pass on my message. I saw that trash bin twice
