The amount of talent, imagination and sheer dedication to one of my favourite IP's has left me stunned. Thanks for all you guys have done so far and i cant wait to play!

Sidenote: I used to love the design of those orca fighters (and bombers).. until I realized that all 3 lift turbines/propellers are behind the center of mass of the aircraft, so it would never take off, just lift its tail while the nose would be down in the dirt.. and I can't get it out of my head.

@@KijinVult Well sort of. Firestorm is based on Renegade X, which is a fan-remake of CnC Renegade in Unreal Engine 3.5/UDK. It's not built on the original game's engine, etc.
Feel like this is a case of the video editor simply slapping on a song they personally enjoy as opposed to one that... fits the video... In other words I agree, quite a terrible song for this video.

I love playing Renegade X and seeing all the work you all are putting into Firestorm is making me even more hyped for getting my hands on it. It just looks phenomenal! Not gonna lie, it looks better than even many of the AAA games coming out.
So I kinda lingered in the Totem Arts discord and had this game installed but never really played. Was reluctant because I'm a noob to Renegade in its rawest form. However, I think this trailer pushed me over that fence.
considering i'd genuinely believed you guys had given up entirely on Firestorm, its refreshing to see you in fact are still going. Though as far as I'm aware this is still closed beta stuff right? It might be a bit much to ask but is there a potential ETA on the first public release? (alpha, beta or full. just, anything really)
