Great way to get under baseboard in a room with carpeting. I like to use a buss pan to keep my paint and supplies contained. It is a little bigger than your cardboard box but just in case of a major accident it catches more and it's plastic. I will use your tip very soon.
You are smart guys. Thank you for this tip. I just spent the day taping under the baseboards in my bathroom and priming the baseboards and door casing. I have the rest of the house to do, and this trick looks like the ticket. 👍👍👍
@@erichoaglandgeneralcontrac7351 Sure, you bet. Just a question for you. I was looking for the metal threshold on-line and saw something called "carpet trim". It's a 1/4 " thick and 2" wide. The one you used in the video looks bigger to me. Is it 2" wide or something else and where might I find it? Thanks.
@@erichoaglandgeneralcontrac7351 Okay, I got it. I'll find it. I've even heard of people using thin plastic sign material to do the same thing you're doing with carpet trim, but your method is superior. Thanks for all of the help. 👍👍👍
Great tip 👍🇬🇧

@audiophileman7047 any home depot or lowes... in the carpet section
I got an extra wide aluminum threshold
It's flat and works perfectly
