this is the among the best build techniques for foamboard I have seen on youtube..... thanks for you expertise.... do you do fixed wing planes with a fuse or just wings?
nice man !! I see you have been doing some work !! nice colors on your other wings you had .. can you recommend a motor and esc batt ? I'm working on one now but am mindboggled on what setup to get.. there is so much out there and I don't want to get something wrong when ordering parts .. I have just orderd a dx6 remote w reciver if tht will help with some info on a motor and esc advise thanks man keep up the good work .
I'm sorry, the only thing good about this video is the fact that TH-cam has a bunch of videos that have a real information that come up when you bring this video up. Stuff like, dimensions, angles and what you'd use for a spar how you would power it. I believe they call that useful information?
Did you finish? looks amazing I'm very interested if this will fly? why did you remove the paper? dose that help with making the airfoil and what are type of spar is that down the wing? not the wooden dowels lol, love the wing I'm using the #flitetest FT-Versa-Wing I'm looking to mod it for wing to wing combat
where did you get that type of tape and what is it officially called? does it strengthen and such? please let me know i would greatly appreciate it!! -pete
At the risk of being seen as pedantic... that's not a delta wing. A Delta wing has to be basically triangular in shape, like the Greek letter delta from which the name comes. This is a swept wing. Anyway, I think you would have better performance if you went with a symmetrical airfoil rather than the flat bottom one you made. Flat bottom airfoils aren't good for tailless planes, you need lots of 'up' on the elevons to make them fly which adds drag.
Very nice build. I like the use of spray foam in the leading edge.
Great job, are you willing to share plans and measurements though ? Seeing your thoughts on the electronics and servos etc would also be great. Tnx
Nice build delta wing dude, i love to build scratch build too. Because it's make more fun. Thx for shating 👍
Can not wait to see the next video with electronics and RC stuff
nice build, glad i found your video !
Need more info to build. Super cool wing !!!! I would like to build a few. And see how they fly....
Hello, I notice there a are a few vids on this technique, how do you work out the measurements for the swept wing?
Very nice work!
very nice. can you explain your use of spry foam? Does it add rigidity? The spars what are they made from?
where can i get a template for cutting the foam board?
You can make it
i made it but the flight wasnt to good

very nice video! could I use this wing without a motor for the slope, too?
Great man. Next vid is the electronics install vid.
Thank you..Can we have measurements please

Whare did you get the plans from if you have it pleas send it to me i am doing if for my school project
are the Woodspars stiff enough that the Wing doesn't bend in the Air ?
where can i get the pdf plans for this?? and can u also post the recommended electronics. I want to make this as my first fpv wing.

+jwflammer he removed the paper because when u remove it u are able to bend it over to a Wingshape realy easy
Nice T scale..... I still work with a string
Any chance you will share dimensions / plans with us ?
Dimentions template?
I know its been a while but any chance on getting the dimensions to cut out?
What type of foam do you use? Cheers
what are the dimensions on the cuts on the boards? ..please get back to me so i dont have to waste a bunch of foam to find out
Good man!
what was te Black stuff used inside
i think it was just black foam board, he was able to cut it easily
I want one of these with a 6 foot wing span
What kind of tape you used..
Its colored packaging tape that you can buy through tapebrothers.com
where did you get that type of tape and what is it officially called? does it strengthen and such? please let me know i would greatly appreciate it!!
-pete
i think it is ducktape
+Peter Piccolo its colored ducktape or packaging tape
its packing tape, duck a lot thicker
Graham Bate Here in OZ it's called duct tape not duck tape lol. It's used to join central heating and air conditioning ducting.
Pouvez vous maitre le plan de fabrication de la construction
Dimentions?
May I have the di mentions please?
o.o elmers foam! Heavy!
specific material name? pls
I live in Italy material called foamboard does not exist
+Cristian Hunter in Germany we use Depron for that
thx
no problem :) i also was searching a long time
to find that out :)
picture framing shop sell that foam board has paper on each side
go to picture framing shop, depron different the foam board used in video has paper on each side,
Is that who I think it is?

hey nice job can i have the plan for it i will try to make one thank you
for free plans look for versa wing on Flite test
I can't find foamboard in my country ffs
Use depron.. if available
@@gregtanouslasering I can't find that either, thx anyway.
Why all of the freakin tape?
pdf plans

time-lapse of you building a wing is not a how to.. couldn't even add any commentary
