Funny how "ELO hell" has been a victim card used for 8 years now, yet somehow all the actually good players still end up in high ranks while the bad players stay in low ranks. Funny coincidence huh
Yea the only kind of Elo hell that exists is a temporary thing, like say you get the same two absolutely awful players in 10 games in a row, that will probably feel like hell, but once the variance/random chance normalizes over enough sample size, you will end up where you should be. Also Elo is a dudes name not an acronym
Elo Hell. My favorite of the Nine Circles of Hell… I heard once you enter, you can never leave. I love a good ole classic Spectating Bronze. What are we thinking? Is this guy really Bronze 4, do we think he should be higher ranked, or is it an iconic ego trip from an Air 5 player?
This guy is Vacuum 5. Can't hit a single shot even on Soldier, and somehow, inexplicably fails _spamming_ on Junkrat. This is not ELO hell, if anything he's placed too high.
@@EvanOfTheDarkness This gagged me. Vacuum 5 is the funniest shit I’ve read in a while… lmao 😭🤣 I’m still confused how he wasn’t hitting anything. Isn’t Soldier considered the easiest or most basic hero on PC?
As a high Plat low Diamond Junkrut main, watching this bronze player play Junkrat gave me gout. OMG, every time I see him just looking down instead of up, I kept moving my mouse like I was trying to help it look away from the floor. I was screaming LOOK UP GOD DAMN IT when he was shooting his projectiles. I'm hoping this player will understand the roasting is a way to get better. Love this content.
It appears as if (on soldier) he was attempting to aim by strafing with A and D keys, instead of aiming with the mouse. Aiming on the X axis using A and D keys, and aiming on the Y axis with the mouse, instead of using the mouse for the X and Y axis. Made my brain hurt
So for metal ranks, Soldier is definitely a hero where if you have above average mechanical skills, it mostly will carry you through to high gold/low plat (unless your game sense and positioning is omega bad). THIS IS NOT AN EXAMPLE OF THAT

20:49 Should he have the confidence in his mechanical skills? I sure as heck wouldn't
Keep in mind, this guy is silver 5 on tank WITH 68 WINS!
How many losses do you have to get to stay in S5 with 68 wins? I played 100 matches total in the last season I played and went from B5 (old OW1 B5, like, REALLY Bronze, we're talking
I guess on the first visor the Ana forced his hand with the nano, but he definitely could have taken the window earlier.
19:17 I like how you say a tank that goes forward. I can tell you, as a bronze tank, that the team hates it when you go forward. I can't tell you how many times my team yelled at me for fighting on the point instead of fighting from the corner. Just to keep the peace, I stay behind the damage as tank, at least they don't yell at me, lol.
I can't believe this person watched this game and genuinely thought to themselves, "Yeah I carried pretty hard while our dogshit tank was the reason we lost. I should send this to Flats." I have literally seen cheaters turn off their aimbot and still have better aim than whatever the hell this guy's aim was. Maybe he should try shooting everything around the enemies because he managed to miss 95% of his shots when he was aiming at someone.
Your editor missed censoring an F-bomb @ 11:35, just so you know. I know that sort of thing can play a factor in monetization of videos, and wouldn't want a single little slip-up like that to cost you any income you could've made.
you're actually so kind for that bro what a great man 🫡
@@jacc.cAlways love seeing the little guy succeed-- if I can contribute to that, all the better. Lmk if you ever want to get your channel off the ground I'll plug it for you
This was so bad I thought that he was purposely playing bad at first. I have never felt so good about my gameplay.
I love Flats's reactions to things sometimes. Just absolutely ridiculous! XD
id love to 1v1 these kind of players but it might be a bit unfair on them
In 8 years of playing this game I’ve never been outside of plat or diamond, I cannot fathom the depths of stupidly that must plague someone who thinks bronze and silver is “elo hell”
r u saying plat or dia is elohell?
@@Yazimoplat is 35 percent of the player base, diamond is 10 percent, plat is ine of the hardest ranks to get out of because of the player and skill differences
@@BasedCannon hardest rank to get out of is GM, 2nd hardest is masters, then diamond and after that plat, so not really.
@@Yazimoare you slow or what, just bc it’s the highest rank don’t mean it’s the hardest
@@emma6648 rofl what? delusional much?
Man I used to play overwatch like crazy now I'm just out the loop but love watching flats roast vids
Buddy I'm stuck in metal ranks and the Junkrat play made me pause mid-chew and question my existence.
I love when flats treats them how they treat there ego 😂
Its the constant jumping and reloding that is killing me
"It's like an acorn became sentient and tried to fight." You're a poet, that's fuckin hilarious.
I consider myself to have absolutely atrocious aim...but this? Oh no. I feel better about myself, and I suck too much for someone to make me feel better.
give this guy a controller with aim assist and they'll still manage to miss if that's what their aim with mouse looks like
@@Jam_Streets This is the dumbest comment I've seen in a long time 🤣🤣🤣
There's no way you think that controller with aim assist is easier than mouse/keyboard aim 🤣🤣🤣
@@overratedfool6900 Mouse and keyboard is better than aim assist in the hands of a skilled player. Aim assist is for those who struggle to aim. Not those that are good at. Typically. Now that we've established that. NOWHERE do they say that aim assist is better than mouse and keyboard.
You've misinterpreted their argument.
Edit: Your profile name is ironic.
@@downdriftvenom OK so this will be fun.
"Mouse and keyboard is better than aim assist in the hands of a skilled player."
I believe this is true. Even more so than it is better in the hands of a noob.
"Aim assist is for those who struggle to aim. Not those that are good at."
Maybe there's a weird exception or two out there that genuinely would turn aim assist off and aim better, but if you think all the GM ximmers on console are turning their aim assist off because they aim better without it, you're lost the plot. Aim assist helps everybody.
Regarding what I suspect you actually meant though: go and watch some VODs of bronze players. Some on console and some on PC. Report back lol (you definitely won't). Console bronze player hit nowhere near as many of their shots as the bronze PC players. It's night and day difference.
"Now that we've established that."
"We" didn't establish anything lol. You just made up some complete nonsense and claimed it as fact 🤣
"NOWHERE do they say that aim assist is better than mouse and keyboard. You've misinterpreted their argument."
No I haven't lol. Not at all. Are you drunk or something?
"Edit: Your profile name is ironic."
This sums you up so nicely. You've just called me intelligent. Well done genius.
I think a torb turret placed in a small room would’ve had more impact
I played OW1 til like 2020 and peaked Masters. I started OW2 this year, ranked bronze and coped by claiming "elo hell." After watching all of your bronze review vods, I climbed from it to Plat last month.
It’s the fact they have the audacity to flame their teammates in chat instead of using a headset like a real man.
Flats’ reaction to his aim with soldier has me fucking dying 😂😂
4:32 WHYYY DIDNT THEY USE TIRE!!!!
What is ELO lol
"Typing Timmy" and "Low Ground Larry" 😂😂
@@bluefaygox23 Yes, he is. You literally point and shoot. Sometimes press right click for rocket.
Haven't even played Overwatch in a couple years and this just gave me brain damage
Some times he’s like, shoot, pause, shoot, pause. Hahaha
I'm surprised he was able to open the application with that aim
As a high Plat low Diamond Junkrut main, watching this bronze player play Junkrat gave me gout. OMG, every time I see him just looking down instead of up, I kept moving my mouse like I was trying to help it look away from the floor. I was screaming LOOK UP GOD DAMN IT when he was shooting his projectiles. I'm hoping this player will understand the roasting is a way to get better. Love this content.
Clearly he's used to adjusting for Soldier's old bullet spread pattern
I'm 10 minutes in and this is either the most delulu silver player or some kind of practical joke
This man is suited to be a junkrat player, he's got the delusions down
It appears as if (on soldier) he was attempting to aim by strafing with A and D keys, instead of aiming with the mouse. Aiming on the X axis using A and D keys, and aiming on the Y axis with the mouse, instead of using the mouse for the X and Y axis. Made my brain hurt
God I absolutely LOVE these videos please please keep them coming. It would be funny if they had the player in the call also lol
You are not in ELO hell, you are there because you should be there.
*gets 2 picks with a visor* I'm the backbone of this household
"bro ur trash" im fucking dying rn lmaoooo
I'm happy I can say I was in Elo hell for dps either that or I've learned much. I used to be bronze 5 dps and now I'm silver 3 :D
you weren't in elo hell you just got better just keep learning and you'll keep climbing
10:53 thiiiiis. The number of people I witness never utilize that damn wall!!!
Watching this makes me believe I'm closer to Grand Master than this guy to Bronze 1
3:21 "... yeah that's definitely tank's fault" 💀😂
So for metal ranks, Soldier is definitely a hero where if you have above average mechanical skills, it mostly will carry you through to high gold/low plat (unless your game sense and positioning is omega bad). THIS IS NOT AN EXAMPLE OF THAT
“It’s bronze Pharah, they’re not in the sky.”
Truth 😂
