hey coach, this off season im unable to practice in grass because it snows hard here and it freezes. Instead we have to train inside on like a basketball court. Will I lose my explosiveness and ability to make cuts on grass because of this or can i still go out and run routes on snow or ice?
I would recommend trying to the best you can run routes on light ice- I did a camp in New Jersey this past year and it snowed- we still worked out when the turf was lightly frozen over. Just obviously be smart about it- don’t go out there and slip on everything
From the pocket I would say the main thing you need to emphasize is having your hips open- often times guys will drop back with their front hip closed off to the left and it won’t allow them to throw to the left- keep your hips open and relaxed so you can see the entire left side
@@firstdowntraining I really needed that a lot, and what you’re saying makes a lot of sense. Thank you a ton, also it’s my birthday too. Have a great day.
Thank you, God bless you brother

Would spent a lot of time indoors and maybe try to find a turf indoor field you can rent out with your friends. They usually have open gym
You can look for facilities like Gold's Gym they sometimes have indoor turf fields
Do you train with youth receivers?
🎉
What’s up.
What are some tips to throw to the left as a right handed QB? It’s something I struggle a bit with because I have to extend so much.
