@@firstdowntraining but I have a request for a video if you don’t mind hearin it So like I said I’m starting HS ball but I’ve only played football one time and the coach wants me to play and he said I could be a WR so do you have any tips for me??
Coach can you give me some drills to do when i’m by myself? I’m an only child and don’t really have no one to throw me footballs so do you have anything?
There’s this cool football called a pass back football you bounce it on the wall and it comes back to you it’s not great for a QB but is good for a wr who wanna get better catching
One question about the backstep from Adams. Some ppl say that this backstep isnt good and shouldnt be done. Is this right or is this just a situational thing?
I think if you waste a bunch of time and do it, it can be bad. You gotta remember Adams is at the very top of his game. He’s been doing that same release for a lot of years. So he’s extremely sudden and fluid with his movements. So I think it’s great if the technique is dialed in
Be creative, use hash marks on the field or use tennis shoes etc. don’t use the equipment thing as an excuse to not do the work- trust my cones are not needed for 99% of drills
Keep it up man, God bless you coach

You can do everything alone except catching

What if you can't afford equipment coach?
Use what you can like shoes and other stuff at home
Be creative, use hash marks on the field, tennis shoes, rocks it’s honestly anything. Cones are pointless for 99% of drills
Ima need some
More cones before I can do these
