I was in Fukuoka this past February and had Ichiran and Hakata issou. Hands down my favorite was Shin Shin ramen!! There’s always a line for this place even late at night but it was so worth it. It’s also very similar to ichiran. I had it twice on my trip.

Chonny- Gatcha’s are colour coded. So all of the brown bobbles will have that same blind guy that you got. Delana - to open those straws in the side of drinks just leave it attached to the drink, place your thumb on the top of the straw and push down. It’ll pop out the bottom of the plastic.

I went to Fukuoka with my grandma last year before covid happened. I think Fukuoka is really amazing. It’s not super overwhelming compared to Tokyo, but it’s really nice. I think it’s better than Osaka. Food wise I think Fukuoka is amazing. Many people in Japan actually travel to Fukuoka.
ichiran, firm noodles is the way to go. some spice as well. then adjust to your liking. If they do not like it like the first time I had it, it was probably because they did not get the firm noodle option. I switched that, and everything came together.
We had an ice cream shop in the mall where I grew up called Dipper Dan. Man, I loved that place. They have them in a few others cities, too, but the one I grew up with is sadly gone. ☹️
