That coat that your friend bought has your name on it, Gloria! You know, zippers can be repaired!!! Also, ,when I go thrift shopping I need to bring a caddy or wheeled suitcase LOL. I want to go back to Drummondville sometime this winter (nearby small town I took the train to on my birthday iin January) and i'll hit at least 4 thrift stores, then try on my outfits / show them on camera at the tiny/always empty train station awaiting the train back to Québec LOL

So fun to watch! It reminds me of my life in Shanghai when I used to hang out with my best friend Zoe shopping and eating all day long during holidays. Most people like to travel during holidays. We always stay put, sleep in, shopping, eating and site seeing in the city. I have always been a very picky person when shop for clothes. Most of the times, I didn't find anything. But the happy memory stayed for those care free, happy years. Now with family, kids and work, it is rare I could do this. But I did go back to Shanghai this summer and went shopping with zoe again. We didn't buy anything, but it was fun revisiting the happy memory. Thanks. Gloria!

What kind of coat do you recommend for NYC right now? Im visiting in a few weeks. I don’t know if I should pack a puffer or wool pea coat. Just found your channel and love it ❤
I think a wool coat should be good! Just put on some warm layers underneath 😊
