maybe the fascia is important, but it is at a similar level to the muscles. The most important thing is the ligaments which you do not even mention. The joint will still remain unstable if the ligament is damaged

I have cervical instability from many neck injuries over 10+ years. Will addressing the fascia totally get rid of instability ? I was told atlas adjustments and airosti exercises would be the only way I can regain stability. Also can fascia issues cause POTS?

@@Maliniaq2 no ligament exists on its own. It is integrated by fascia.

We don't know until we do assessment. There are many variables to getting better with CCI but fascia connection is often overlooked.
Would your fascia exercises help with thoracic outlet syndrome? (Compression of nerves)?
