    @Coach Chong Xie - could you discuss hEDS more please and those who have CCI but also Tethered Cord!
    There's are many large groups of us w/hEDS who have CCI and TC and looking for non-surgical solutions for at least management or rehab!

    maybe the fascia is important, but it is at a similar level to the muscles. The most important thing is the ligaments which you do not even mention. The joint will still remain unstable if the ligament is damaged

    • @HyperarchFasciaTraining
      @HyperarchFasciaTraining  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Maliniaq2 no ligament exists on its own. It is integrated by fascia.

      @@HyperarchFasciaTraining is it just your thesis or do you have any scientific evidence for it? :) give me at least 3 exercises for the ankle joint so I can believe it. I have a problem with CCI, shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle joint. All of this concerns the right side of the body

    I have cervical instability from many neck injuries over 10+ years. Will addressing the fascia totally get rid of instability ? I was told atlas adjustments and airosti exercises would be the only way I can regain stability.
    Also can fascia issues cause POTS?

      We don't know until we do assessment. There are many variables to getting better with CCI but fascia connection is often overlooked.
