I think it was indeed replaced, not repaired. Even I had some issue with my nord buds 2 and when I contacted OnePlus, they told me that audio devices are always replaced if they find the defect while checking and if it is under warranty. You can check the serial number for confirmation.

It's a useless brand that wants to push sales for the upgraded versions of the products even if they are 1-2 years old. No point spending hefty amounts on this brand. My buds worked for an hour atleast, but after following steps by customer care, now they only work for 15 mins.
