At the time of purchase, the brand mentioned that it has a 50MP main camera and a 8MP selfie camera in its official launch videos and it's official website. I also watched many reviews of it, everywhere it was mentioned the same. Today i revisited the official page for poco m4 5g. To my suprise, they have totally changed it. They changed the specs and mentioned it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. I again checked all the reviews old reviews, they clearly mentioned that it has 50 MP and 8MP camera as brand claimed at the time of launch. I think its totally wrong to do these kinds of cheating. I know its a budget phone, but its totally cheating. Kindly look into the matter. As consumers, we trust what the brand says. This issue should be highlighted@@GyanTherapy

Just imagine if a normal customer buys a OnePlus phone from a local shop in a remote location , OnePlus doesn't even know that shop exists but still we will get warranty based on imei activation . So it should not be an issue from where we bought it as long as it is an indian unit and imei validates on OnePlus website.

Don't buy OnePlus phones from Flipkart. My friend bought one and within two weeks, it started auto restarting. When we went to the service center, they refused warranty service, claiming the phone was refurbished. Flipkart then asked for a denial of service letter or proof that the phone was refurbished. After more visits to the service center and calls to OnePlus customer care, both stated that Flipkart is not an official OnePlus selling partner and refused to help. For two months, we followed up with both OnePlus and Flipkart without any resolution. Flipkart repeatedly closed our complaints without addressing them. Finally, we emailed OnePlus, demanding either service or a denial of service letter, stating we'd go to the consumer forum otherwise. OnePlus responded with a proper denial letter, which we submitted to Flipkart. Only then did Flipkart start the reimbursement process. This ordeal was frustrating and time-consuming. Think twice before purchasing from Flipkart.
