Love these races bro, crazy skills and talent. It looks so hard to overtake in these races, theres only a few places where you can do it safely without killing yourself or someone else. Most of the race is single file. Have to be out of the gate super quick without crashing instantly. Mad stressful. Good Luck on future races bro. It would be nice to see what position you're in also.
Haha he takes some pretty questionable lines to overtake some people but he manages it somehow lmao

What do you think about solid tyres that require no air? Non pneumatic tyres has allowed me to ride bicycles again. I'm 6'6 and weigh like 300 pounds, but going to burn that off. And everytime I got onto a push bike the tyres would last like 3 minutes before bursting or the valve would go...been a god send to me. Might join you guys on the mountain next year. lol

I notice you guys coast quite a bit down large down hill sections? Do you ever consider pedaling hard down those wide downhill sections to pass a large amount the competition at once for only little energy expenditure?
The speed is so high on those section that we don't have a gear which is big enough to gain even more speed...

I surprised they still have the race going ahead with COVID-19 spreading around.
Doesn’t seems to be much close interaction maybe at the end but they usually all wear helmets and goggles so I think it’s safer than other sports
