I am pursuing DNHE(Diploma in nutrition and health) from IGNOU.after competing this do I need training in any hospital? You can enroll yourself in a Home Science course and take up Food Science and Nutrition. Some colleges do select students without biology. Check with the college before enrolling.
Pls do also explain the concept of macro counting as you nicely explained in previous video on how to calculate calories for weight loss but how much macros to take is an imp aspect of weight loss.....many nutritionist suggest to have a weighing scale and weigh everything it’s a very popular thing these days kindly do discuss abt this as well.
You can do that based on your macro requirements using a simple macro calculator as every one will have different macros
If you want to calculate macros you will have to measure your food
Weighing food is stupidity its a basic funda just eat less and work hard
