That's why people in other countries outside of USA don't need to tip the servers because they are being paid reasonable salaries. Tipping is only the customers' choice and not the custom nor the customers' obligation.
Malay food is a lot like Indian food. You can't really localize them like you can with Chinese food. Malaysian-Chinese food is really localized to Malaysia. You can't really get them outside of Malaysia.
