This is the only video I have seen on youtube with actual real world realistic advice that is 100% spot on. Most people just look for an easy way out until they find out there is none and no one in the trade/industry respects the people in higher positions with no actual skills. The industry itself is all skills based which is the best part about it. If people don't like it they can choose a different industry.
