Ingredients For Marinate
----------------------------------------------
Heat oil 1/4 cup (around 60ml)
Ghee 1/2 cup (around 125ml)
Carrots sliced 3 pcs
Raisins 1 cup (soaked before 30 min)
Onions chopped 2 large
Cinnamon sticks 3 pcs
Cardamom 8 pcs
Bay leaves 4 pcs
Dry lemon 5 pcs
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

Tomato puree 3 large

Buhari chichen ? You forgot to put the oil inside the small bowl and put the hot charcoal to make the smoke and cover very well with a cover to make the chicken and rice taste with the Smokey flavor

Charcoal smoke is not added in bokaiya rice, it has to be mandi so that is chicken Mandi not it is Bukhari rice. Thanks for your tips.
