Really excellent video thanks. Unfortunately I bent one of the pins inside the the container for the plug and can’t straighten it back up. So I advise everyone to be careful when plugging new light in. Make sure pins are in holes before pushing in if you can.

My replacement LEDs from eBay do not have illuminating ends like the ones at the end of this video. So look out for that if you’re buying these.

I have a x3 m40i, the turn signal on the passenger side got hit with a small rock, water got in and stopped working. I would like to believe the process is the same removing and installing? I already bought the oem replacement turn signal. Thanks!

hOW DO YOU REPLACE THE BOTTOM PART PF THE MIRROR, MINE'S BROKEN?

I assume you would need an entire new mirror housing. Attachment points are most commonly inside the vehicle for an entire replacement housing. Never done the entire mirror on an i3 but after a quick eBay search, I am finding them in the US for $250-$350. Good luck!

Do they have the mirror signal in a non-smoked version (I can't seem to find one)? I'm not a fan of the orange color, it looks out of place when the other signals on the car that are yellow...

Christo Max not that I have ever seen. iJDMtoy makes them. Maybe contact them to see if it's something they could do? The amber color in the tinted lights matches my converted amber LED front signals pretty well...
