    I admire Mike’s attitude and dedication to his fitness career. I believe in many of his training theories. One obvious topic that he never discusses is his drug use. Mike is approaching 50 soon and it’s impossible to posses his kind of physical condition without the aid of drugs. Mike isn’t fooling anyone. Or maybe he is?? Maybe he’s afraid to lose sponsors if he states the obvious. I think it would be better to educate people about taking drugs along with nutrition and proper training. So embrace the truth.

    Side lateral raises at the end were half range of motion. From other videos of Mike teaching side lateral raises, he taught side lateral full range of motion starting at the sides and raising over the head and back down. This is contradicting.

    I have a problem with my shoulders dislocating alot. Especially, with movements like behind the neck press. Any substitute exercises u recommend?

      well stop going behind your neck for starters, lol. do side lateral and front raises + DB or barbell press (not behind your neck)

      richard ratner The internal rotation of the arm causes the supraspinatus tendon to rub against the acromion causing tearing due to friction. Using a rope and a cable pulley with hands pronated and externally rotating the arms during the concentric phase of the rep is ideal.

      exactly, and looking like that, at his age, suggests that some tren is being used. The fitness industry is riddled with deception, going back to Arnold advertising the bullworker and pros today saying that the bcaas are going to get them the Olympia title etc. Mike typifies what is wrong with the industry. Not fitness, but the industry surrounding it.
