That last few minutes with it running up close is awesome Steve. Never seen that in real metal, only in diagrams and computer generated vids. Can't believe how you don't have more people following this. ❤
Good afternoon Steve what a well educated and interesting video THANKYOU for sharing this video 👍👍👍 excellent next time I’m in Ireland I’ll buy you a Guinness 👍👍👍
Hi Steve! Another nice video, as always :) !! I have been following you since the begining of the channel. This series of videos helped me a lot with my v12 bmw (e38)
sure by now you have lifted the carpet in left footwell, removed the speaker lower left and found the AC Compressor "Lockup" black box. having noticed the damage on the fuel pump fuses, in my opinion whilst welding up the sill jacking point directoly below the faktory jacking point round hole (covered on yours with metal plate) It was this unit that had fried wires.Resulting in the melting of the fuse holders for fuel pumps, AC fuse is right next to them!! That AC unit need the wiring changed a wee bit. see the forums. Straight forward once the burnt wirrs are fixed, p.s I am just about to re-do the brake lines as I used SAE tooling instead of the DIN Type flare required for the M10 nipples, The M19 nut dont put sufficient pressure on the connection due to the angle on the backside of the SAE bubble flare being tapered. DIN type has a 90 degree flat surface to match the Nut. Imperial SAE have a taper! All the cars i had so far have been Imperial so, anyway glad to have found out why the connections leaked even with very tight fittings. we live and learn⛑

great progress.
cant wait to see how the interior turns up
Lovely job Steve. Very well done.
Well done, look forward to seeing the body being worked on soon
Great stuff. Serious work involved.
The heads are universally designed, so the left bank can be installed on the right bank. That's why the oil pressure is reversed.
Correctomundo.
Bravo, great neat work
Stretch out???? Yeaaaah......it's been 3 years.
Dedication though, no doubt. But no, this isn't M539 Restorations. He's full time YT.
Solution: 40% vinigar (%?) And 100g simple salt?
