I took a generic team into this because I didn't know what elements to bring (Silver Wolf makes any team possible), and after he set everything on fire for the second time, he managed to KO Silver Wolf and Topaz, leaving just Fireblazer and Lynx. Had to just barely out-heal him while he ulted over and over until he finally dealt enough damage to drop himself down to 1%, it was awesome.

She’s the coolest fucking character. Her reveal just made her even more badass. It’s not easy making a character both a hardened fucking brutal war vet super soldier/ intergalactic war criminal who can destroy fucking planets, and one of the most genuinely kindhearted and gentle characters in the game. Even before the reveal there were shades of it beneath her timid surface that showed there was more to her character. The fact that they were able to make a such a contrasting and unique character like that is incredible.

I won this fight in a pretty degenerate way. I wasn't sure what to expect from the fight and ended up bringing a team that was completely unsuited to fighting him (Destruction MC, Pela, Yukong, Bailu). It didn't take long for the first three in my lineup to be summarily executed, and I was about to restart until I realized that he couldn't do more damage than Bailu could heal herself for. I spent the rest of the fight keeping Bailu alive and getting all of my damage through Black Swan's extra action. The team that never dies, never loses. At least I know what to expect for our eventual round 2.
They did the only thing they could to make Kalpas even more badass, they turned him into a Gundam. IB4 they make the excuse for an actual Kaiju sized SAM fight.

You can just focus on the post-battle cutscene, not the turn-based battle itself. She's not attacking us, but Acheron and Black Swan. She ended up trying to capture us and probably fly with us away to safety because at that point, Firefly is still suspicious of Acheron and Black Swan entirely and seeing us with them worries her and her script clearly states that we need to be protected so we can secure the Watchmaker's Legacy. She also can't reveal her secrets and script publicly, so that's why she's pretty much silent and prefers to just go all in to make way and get us to safety. The "leave now and nobody gets hurt or else all of you will die here" clearly doesn't include us, lol. Again just Acheron and Black Swan.

Trailblazer were with the Stellar on Hunters before the Hertha Space Station incident. Blade knows them and SAM joined before Blade so there's no reason SAM wouldn't know about the traiblazer's appearance.
