Hey Jack, it was a pleasure working with you on this project, the wheel came out great! Our goal is to provide a trouble and error code free plug and play Solution using Oem Porsche wheels with unlimited levels of customization! We look forward to working with you on many more projects in the future!
Jack, your taste in cars is always so cool to see, seeing how you customize your cars to be clean but super tasteful is always something I really appreciate about you as a creator. The porsche being another prime example.
Jack, your exterior trim mods are outstanding! So tasteful and seamlessly installed by you! They add the perfect touches to your build! Glad that you refrained from the all out ‘ricer’ boy racer look! Your buffing and polishing had miraculous results in eliminating the swirls in your paint.
Jack, as another 997 owner who just this week also changed over to a 991.2 gt3 wheel, congrats on the transformation of your 997. Great to see all the tasteful work you've done!
I saw this car today on my way to school and even in the cloudy weather we had this morning the paint was glistening I didn’t even realize it was your build until yt hit the recommended nice to know your in the area definitely following along for the build the words “looks better in person” truly hit when I saw it today video doesn’t compare
Without a doubt the best colour for 911 is and always has been blue. Darker colour like dark sea blue or midnight blue, or slightly lighter/greyer yachting blue are beautiful. The absolute brightest I would go is voodoo blue because colours like riviera blue (in my opinion) take away from the classiness that a Porsche should represent.
Jack, Ive been watching your channel since the FH2 days, and even though youve now got all these dream cars in a dream house, your personality always shines through! Keep up the good content! Your old Focus RS inspired me to buy my first dream car❤
One of my personal favorite Porsche colors is Cobalt Blue 944. Its a dark blue that looks more like a royal blue when the sun hits it and is a sparkly color too, which makes it look really nice in the sun.
Congrats!!! EMC2 company has been making awesome Porsche add-ons on the Rennlist Foum for a few years. They are meticulous and detail oriented Porsche owners themselves. So I was very impressed with their aftermarket parts quality as well. Car looks very similar to mine. Ducktail, sideskirts, valance, front bumper upgrade and pcm upgrade.. awesome!!
Love the Morimoto tail lights on my 06 Silver C2S. I went with the smoked version. A nice modernizing upgrade that does not look out of place. Much like your 991.2 wheel.
What a transformation!!! it looks so clean 🤩🤩I almost don’t want you to change the colour but if you are planning on changing the colour I think a Porsche crystal blue or golf blue would really complement the curves😍
Color wise, Gloss NATO green if you can find it, is what I'm after or Rubystar, from a fellow black 997.1 4s owner. I just installed my GT2 side skirts as well as fabspeed supercup Exhaust. I would suggest an EVOms intake as it adds some great noises and "allegedly" some power but it definitely screams.
Jack! You mention you don’t want anymore power to the car, but what about how it handles? Some stiffer sway bars and new control arms would definitely tighten up the steering and feel like a REAL gt3. Give it some thought!
the supercharger works well, had a 997.1 C2S that was supercharged, really reliable and running about 460 bhp. Only issue that came up was charge cooler needed replacement about 1 year after the supercharger was added, but other than that no problems.
Hey Jack, I would suggest looking at upgrading the front seats, maybe the OEM sport seats, or the Recaro Sportster. Night and day difference in terms of comfort compared to the base seats you have in there. Cheers, Claudio.
Hey Jack, the colors you described would definitely make it look amazing. My choice of color and I have seen it on a newer Porsche 911, is vampire red. It’s a darker red but still pops out. I think you’d like it. 👍
Awesome job bringing this one back! My suggestions: Remove the tint and add Recaro Pole Position seats. Not sure if you've added X-pipe if not just go ahead and do it!
Hey Jack, love the car! But the only thing I would do to add on is to replace the lighting in the interior with LED bulbs. I’ve done it on my car, and let me tell you it really is a difference especially at night. But keep going with the content!!!
Everything looks good is there a center cap you can get for the works? and not a huge fan of the rear duck tail maybe some thing like the 911 turbo wing maybe?
Love the video. Love the car. I have a 997 turbo mainly stock, but like to see options that I could do. The alcantara steering wheel has been long time on my to do list.
There is no manual release for the front trunk on a 997. You have to connect a battery, jumper cables or jump pack to the fuse box on the positive post that pulls out. Very simple.
Great thing working at Penske is that I get a discount at all penske owned dealerships (scottsdale porsche) so if you need parts lmk i’m also located in AZ. Ntm my buddy also has a 997.1 so it would be cool to see both of yalls next to each other and give him inspiration
Hey jack I know you said a color of something bright but, I wanna shoot my shot to hope and see it in midnight purple which is somehow dark but looks amazing & elegant at the same time hehehehe...... I'm a long time subscriber from the Philippines since before pandemic hits & I gotta say I do love your contents about cars especially achieving dream cars
That Porsche turned out fantastic, one of the biggest adjustments that had to be done to this car was the steering wheel, the old one looked so bad, it's good u changed it
Looks sweet. Gotta get rid of those US spec rear bumper things though. Get the EU spec rear bumper. Also with the vinyl stripes, maybe keep the same overall width but split into 2 or 3 thinner stripes? With that colour is looks a bit like duct tape.
Lowkey for the repaint white would be really clean. rubystar would be interesting. Or like a dark-ish purple. I don’t think brighter colors would suit this particular spec as well as darker ones go; if you want something light, I would go with white.
Hi jack, I had a question about wheel set ups for this car. I’ve read tons on forums that it’s hard to run square setups and it ruins the car’s drivability. What did you decide for with your wheel and tire set up I was wondering if i can get an explanation like we did for the exhaust.
COLO SUGGESTION ! just my opinion but what if you did a vampire red? i'd love to see something like that with the grey accents another one imo would be a pearlescent blue purple(kinda like a two tone). Those are my opinion, whichever suits you best, and i'd love for the grey accent to stay i always look forward to your videos as you're my #1 car enthusiast that i watch. All love from tennessee
I've been waiting to pull the trigger on a 997 for a little while now. Just waiting for the right time! Love the build minus all the decals and silver vinyl (no offense!)
Here are many colours I thought you might like to look up Jack. Toyota Forest Green, Forest Green Pearl, Passion Purple Pearl, Midnight Envy Pearl, Sparkling Merlot Pearl, Black Gold Pearl, Dragon Scale Red, Emerald Green, Miami Blue, Soul Red🥵, Millennium jade, Blaze of glory - by tinybot, Space gold dark green, Roma blue, Passion pink, Satin black, Space candy gray to blue - by tinybot, Laser flip lavender, Metallic copper, Mist blue, Sunflower yellow - is beautiful. P.s. a lot of them are colour wraps by tinybot but you can actually find them in paint
in my opinion the car looks great!! but if u want a color change in my opinion white would look great and with the same wheels that it has rn it would be chefs kiss for sure
Color could be a dark brown with a little bit of bronze flake to it, with yellow calibers. It would still accent the silver perfectly in my eyes as well as the black and chrome Works would still look goo without changing a thing.
Colour suggestion: meissen blue or auratium green Pleaaaseeee leave the .1 rear tail lights they look so much better in my opinion… all in all the car came out sooooooo good 😍😍😍
lol. Wonder if you ran into my thread on rennlist for the 991.2 GT3 steering wheel install. Also, I was one of the people that did the test figments for the EMC2 rear valance.

so happy to see you upgraded the steering wheel!!! the new one looks amazing!!!
Enjoying the update process! Regarding the color change...how about Millennium Jade Green?

Broo by far the hardest 997 on this platform!!🔥😮💨🤝🏽
One of my personal favorite Porsche colors is Cobalt Blue 944. Its a dark blue that looks more like a royal blue when the sun hits it and is a sparkly color too, which makes it look really nice in the sun.
Chalk with blue or mint green brake calipers would be an incredible look on this thing. Living the 997 vids
You should definitely get the Alcantara shifter
i love how it turned out
absolutely saved the car fr
i think you should do it with other riced out exotics listed at wayyy low price points
Congrats!!! EMC2 company has been making awesome Porsche add-ons on the Rennlist Foum for a few years. They are meticulous and detail oriented Porsche owners themselves. This porsche came a long way to a 2 to a 10 real quick. you did an amazing job jack! for making this beauty to sing
The profile of the tyre is a percentage of the width. Therefore, a 30 on a 305 is bigger than a 30 on a 295
Love the Morimoto tail lights on my 06 Silver C2S. I went with the smoked version. A nice modernizing upgrade that does not look out of place. Much like your 991.2 wheel.
Love the porsche journey
What a transformation!!! it looks so clean 🤩🤩I almost don’t want you to change the colour but if you are planning on changing the colour I think a Porsche crystal blue or golf blue would really complement the curves😍
Such a clean 911 build! Really making me want one!
I think Porsches look good in either yellow or red, so either of those would be cool.
When you go for the .2 build, signal yellow and GT3 wing is gonna look insane imo
Even the black now looks incredible
Jack! You mention you don’t want anymore power to the car, but what about how it handles? Some stiffer sway bars and new control arms would definitely tighten up the steering and feel like a REAL gt3. Give it some thought!
He needs to fix the bilstiens first, that coilover setup is making his car bouncy AF
@@mattyp3119 yeah I can see that in the rear especially. Just needs to be stiffened up a bit. Seems like an easy fix
He will definitely do that. I know, it's a must thooo!!!
Miami blue would be so sick for the color change!
Love the ding effects with the lights
By far my favourite car on the channel of all time. The new additions look so amazing!
the supercharger works well, had a 997.1 C2S that was supercharged, really reliable and running about 460 bhp. Only issue that came up was charge cooler needed replacement about 1 year after the supercharger was added, but other than that no problems.
Looks amazing the way it is right now. Ruby star would definitely be a pleasant surprise in the future!
Building this in forza is gonna be a challenge ngl
Use a 997 Sport Classic! Hopefully I will eventually have the rear end to match

That thing is so clean.🧼
It looks magnificent. For a bit of addition, maybe you can get Sped-D Tuning Black LED Taillights.
24:09 I think Shark Blue could look NICE on that🔥
I think signal yellow would look sick on that car🔥
Job well done. Car looks great. Color suggestion: yachting blue metallic...good luck
Loving these build videos! This Porsche will definitely come to be a beautiful car.
Hey Jack, love the car! But the only thing I would do to add on is to replace the lighting in the interior with LED bulbs. I’ve done it on my car, and let me tell you it really is a difference especially at night. But keep going with the content!!!
Love that all the add ons and upgrades came in 1 video, car looks great 👍🏿
Great taste, great content, great work, great editing, great personality. We’ve really been loving the channel lately!
Just had a W goon session and to top it off jack just dropped 💯🗣️
I think Ruby Star on the Porsche along with either matching or white calipers would look great

Not true. There is a cable behind the trim behind the driver side front wheel. Pull hard and frunk pops open.
@@arainla what I should have said “that’s easy to get to”. Far easier to connect to the battery post inside
Bro, that polish made it 1 million times glossier and shiny

Purple Amethyst Metallic would be a good colour for it, the black looks good for now 👍

Wow. Car looks great Jack! 😻😻 Been watching you since Rumpo Madness😭😭 keep up the grind.
Lowkey for the repaint white would be really clean. rubystar would be interesting. Or like a dark-ish purple. I don’t think brighter colors would suit this particular spec as well as darker ones go; if you want something light, I would go with white.

Really transformed this car, ur taste is perfect! Beautiful car!
You need to do a Morimoto head- and taillight swap. I heard what you said in the vid but they look so damn good! So far the build is looking great!
Man… It looks so good!
Congrats man!!
Ice green metallic is a classic Porsche colour that I think would look great with the silver highlights!!
The lights turning on at the end gave me a good laugh. Paint came out great! Black cars are definitely a pain to keep looking good
Those wheels would look awesome with a classic metallic yellow .
I think think the black looks awesome on the car Jack
COLO SUGGESTION !

Manual release in passenger side inner door. It's a pull cable.

dragon scale red would look awesome on the Porsche
