Reminds me of postbaccalute experience at Georgia State University deal with Pike. Then they said I was too old to pledge Pike at 30. I am three weeks away from turning 40. I should have pledged Pike at like 22. Oh well. I am finished with college and grandma dead. I gotta work. R.I.P. Grandma.Your grandson woulda and shoulda been a Pike. I lived in Gainesville in the early 2000s. I didn't go to UF so I always wondered what happens in those fraternity houses. The interiors of the houses look ghetto as fuck, I always thought they would be some kinda fancy mansion fully decked out inside. Instead it looks like a squatter house for the homeless. And of course the dudes hosting it are about as stereotypical as it gets. I wonder what they're doing now in 2019. Personally for me I think the worst part would be talking to the 58 year olds who would talk your ears off about their time there.
These "top houses" are the most stereotypical douchers. The other half of Fraternities are pretty normal guys.
But yeah, a lot of these houses are many many years old, and having 30 guys living in them each year means a lot of wear and tear, not to mention the partying that occurs half of the week
