With the property market value, mahal ang cost sa ngayon. Sa 700k, makakabili ka na ng maganda bahay sa QLd, although dito sa Sydney kahit nasa countryside kana mahal parin, maganda lang sa Sydney mas maraming job opportunities pero sobrang mahal ng cost of living esp yan ngang properties

In queensland regional areas especially up north you can get 600k with a 1,000sm block of land with a standard 4br 2garage. Prices in NSW are always rip off.. Just saying

I agree,, up north you can get an awesome brand new home in a new estate like Burdell or Bushland Beach with plenty more space and a pool for the same price (or less) ! And the weather is better up here too lol
