Solve Disk Management console view is not up-to-date issue in Windows 10

The operation failed to complete beacuse the Disk Management console view is not up-to-date. Refresh the view by using the refresh task, if the problem persists close the Disk Management consolde, then restart Disk Management or restart the computer.

Yeah, don't know why I'm watching a tutorial to fix a PC problem from a guy who doesn't even know how to edit a video.. Brain dead video
