That church you found at the start was in such a remote place, no roads to it or buildings around it, just a piece of history there to be stumbled upon, just love it 👍💕
It was a hidden gem and not really advertised - just wish I could of gone in as it was also so old with it back to Roman times - thanks for watching hope you are well
Loved the church at the beginning and that lovely walk . Have found your new found confidence for in travelling in France really encouraging. That museum experience looked really good. Thanks for sharing 👍😊
Yes I have to say the ease of parkups and then facilities makes France a great place - not sure about other countries we will soon find out I think I am learning not to over think - worst case I get asked to move I guess Thanks for watching
Thank you both nice to see the mulberry harbours, some floated in from Swansea apparently Churchill at his thinking best well done good luck 👍👍👍🏴🏴🇬🇧🇨🇦🦢
Yes amazing - a relation to my father apparently was in a boat with concrete and scuttled it to help make temp landing structures I am glad they are there as a reminder to be honest Thanks for watching
What a pity you couldn't get inside the church but good to get a view from inside. You drove through some beautiful villages. Juno beach visit was poignant, especially as the D Day commemorations are happening now. Thanks for sharing.
I really love your channel, always interesting and always showing such lovely locations. The church in the beginning was fascinating- one wishes we had more of it's history 🦋
Thanks for watching - I think it maybe unsafe I am guessing inside it’s a bit of a walk to it - I just couldn’t believe it dared back to Roman times to
Thanks for sharing your visits & parkups once again. We are following closely as we planning to go visit WWI & WWII sites etc over there next year for a few months in a rental camper.

What a contrast on Juno beach to the action it saw on D-Day. Could have sat and watched those land yachts all day ❤
