Great camera i have 3 of these. I can watch my animals during the day to see what they are doing. I also have 2 ring doorbells and the ring flood cam. All are awesome. Tried Arlo cameras and they were pure junk all you did was replace batteries every month. Ring is the way to go. Great customer service.

I noticed you don’t need a subscription with Geeni but I am able to save to disk if needed and I can record at anytime and it saves to my my phone.
I have the wyze pan and it's alright. The audio is not all great I'm using it for an apartment though. Not really sure if it's worth dropping money on this or other name brands if it quality will not be much of a difference.
Am I right in saying that the Indoor cam compared to the Stick Up cam has vastly inferior night vision or is my new purchase broken? As I have both versions I can say that the Indoor cam is about only 1/3 as sensitive with the night vision?
When the camera is set at Disarmed mode, can you still have the motion detection still on or would that speak every time someone walked past it? Also is there a light you can put on your phone to see when it’s set at away or home mode?
Hi Steve, thanks for the great videos...was wondering if it would be possible to hard wire the Ring Indoor camera? I would prefer to not mess with charging a battery every 6 months and I don't like seeing wires hanging around cameras if I can avoid it, also better to keep them up and away from kids if you know what I mean...thanks!
What about having this camera looking out a window? Day time and night time quality? Have you addressed that concern? I am thinking that maybe an option for me.
I’m using it for the last 4 month’s as outdoor security camera from behind the glass to monitor the outside gate and it works great. I have 18 Ring cameras and video doorbells therefore the yearly subscription is negligible .
@@marklarson4821 I have fiber line with 300 mp download and 150 mp upload and as you know these cameras only using motion when they are detecting motion. The eero network eero pro 2 is spreading around the house; these devices are awesome.

Not impressed with Ring doorbell, for a start. Living in the UK, we are toooooo far away from servers in US, so we have great difficulty in remotely answering a UK doorbell in real time. Disappointed with Amazon and Ring. So I wont be rushing to purchase this, thanks anyway.......
Can that camera work without a WIFI but just a Nano SIM Card?. I purchased the Ring Camera a few weeks ago and have no idea to connect with the mobile. Mobile has internet access but no WIFI.
Lag issues, live viewing lag issues. Motion sensor only picks up motion 50% of the time. For the $$ this is overall terrible device when in reality it should be better

No as the rest of Ring devices but you can block them for sending notifications for specific period of time through the Ring app.
So does the camera pics up movement through the glass with no problem? What about sound, does it pick that up ?

I believe adding the subscription just allows you to view and share your recordings. But if you don't then there's basically only live view

Yes. You can "snooze" the alerts

avoid the wyze cams. they don't last and the app freaks out after a few months of use.
I had this camera sent it back the day after as the 2 way talk wasn't working 😒 and ring refused to sort it

I’m in the Middle East and I answered the doorbell from California in real time; but I have fiber optics connection. It works great for me.
That's not Rings fault.
I have the doorbell in the UK and its pretty much instantaneous - sounds like its more a problem with your wifi/Internet connection
