色素：1. HENNA粉 (印度或尼泊爾商店有售) 三平湯匙
2. 紅茶或普洱茶包三包 (普洱茶較自然)
3. 即溶咖啡(雀巢牌)二茶匙
穩定作用：4. 檸檬汁十滴 (約一茶匙)
5. 雞蛋一隻打勻
6. 橄欖油 (青黃色外用藥房有售) 七至八滴
做法：放下約 1/3 滾水 (一般玻璃杯容量計算)
放下 (2) 浸泡幾分鐘待出色按壓後丟掉、加入 (3) 、
滾水稍涼倒下 (1) 攪成糊狀加入 (5) (6) (4)拌勻後挑
起黏連下滴為佳，蓋好放置約三至四小時或隔夜，染
髮後大約等一小時便以暖清水沖洗，七至八小時後方
可用回洗髮劑洗頭。
* 這染髮自調配方只會對白髮起作用，效果好似做了
highlight一樣
*滾水可少於 1/3 杯，但一定是剛煮滾
