    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow walking at home cardio workout using light weights (optional) perfect for beginners or as an add-on to another one of our videos for a more advanced challenge.
    For this session Meredith is substituting dumbbells or wrist weights (all optional) with everyday at home water bottles. You can also use cans of soup or any other light weight and safe object from around the house.
    This routine is all standing but can also be substituted as a seated workout and incorporates a full body routine. This workout is meant to get both your heart rate up and build strength, endurance and flexibility. Since this is a “walk at home” style workout you can also do this routine anywhere you have open space in your home!
    This is a brisk 20 minute + routine so remember to keep your water close by and only do movements that you feel comfortable with. Never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.

    I'm so excited seeing my endurance increase from week to week. Bit what's even more awesome for me is learning to connect mind and body. To be aware of myself in this space right now and working in tandem. Not to say I don't falter or modify but that's okay. You are helping so much sore than physical health. Your encouragement, sense or joy, and knowledge help me lea4n and be proud of the movement I can do.

    My wife found your channel yesterday and did one of your workouts. She enjoyed how you were clear with instructions and breathing techniques. You made sure to get that last exercise movement before the timer went off. She saved some of your exercises and will continue with them. You are a very good instructor very clear with directions.     I didn't think coordinating my arms with weights and legs would be harder than without weights but for whatever reason I managed to be very uncoordinated lol. Had to change my tinned produce weights for lighter ones and then put them down for a bit. My arms have always been the weak part but I'm certain that next time i will manage longer with the weights. Thank you for a different work out to challenge my brain and body x

    Really enjoyed this and even though I'm not a senior, I'm undergoing treatment at the moment, so this workout was perfect for my current level, used 2 cans of tinned veges as my weights. Felt great, thank you :)
