Bacche palna toh boys ka bhi kaam, not only for girls. It takes 2 people to produce and raise a child. If mother father both working then both should partake in that responsibility. Abhi pehle jaise gender based roles nhi rahe. Haan agar women is not working then maybe she can step up to that role completely, or maybe if it is a stay at home dad. Otherwise this was very sexist. I personally believe selling Life insurances is the toughest job. Because they indirectly say that insured will die and that most people don't like and moreover the insured argue that other Investments give better return. LIC agents and many other MLM agents are generally ignored because they always try to sell their products even in religious gatherings. That's why I offer huge respect to all successful agents and ADOs. And I think LIC released this huge vacancy to recruit new ADOs and remove passive ADOs. I'm not introvert but I can't always be in pressure of targets.
Its always matter of preference.. and i am absolutely agree with you this is toughest job to do👍.. it is only for strong mided and challenging people... I am going to apply... I want to experience this hard journey

Agent doesn't get salary they earn commission if they bring 1 lakh premium they get 30 thousands as commission By the way there are categories of agents also who are given stipend every month it's very complicated I can't explain u here By the way agents earn a lot bro In my branch some of the agents earn 20 lakhs per month as commission only
