On every new policy every ado earns 40% incentive. For ex 1 agent gives 10 laks premium in fresh policies he earns 4 lakhs as incentives. Now every ado have at least 70-80 agents working under them. A good ado earns on an average 1 cr as incentive every year excluding his salary.
