Based on your review of your lightweight KIDD 10/22 build, I got one for my build (which duplicated yours) and I love it!! It is everything you say it is. I have to say, I did swap out the folding mechanism for the older version style SIG folding knuckle, and quickly changed it back to the Samson version. There was nothing wrong with the Samson, I just have the Sig one on all my folding stocks, but the Sig pivot hangs lower (not straight flush like the Samson) and hits my hand when I grip the pistol grip. I went back to the Samson, as it is straight, in-line and works well, The only thing it does not do (folding knuckle) is hold it in folded position, but that is ok, it doesn’t flop around, so its all good.
Thanks for the quick review of it, I completely agree with your testimony on this stock and for steering me to this product.

@@stevenlee2780 isn’t that just a awesome build? The second build I’m talking about in this video is made from extra parts but is very close to that same build. But with a threaded barrel, a Rival Arms Chassis (instead of Kidd) Kidd ULW barrel and trigger and of course the Samson stock. I had received some parts from Kidd and ended up moving parts around on a few of my builds and had enough extra parts to build another rifle. Lol

This is better than the Midwest Industries stock. I wn both. There is no need for allen wrenches to adjust.

Might be another video showing how to install one of these. My 10/22 doesnt have a picatinny so I am having a hard time visualizing this.

@@mlone7 you need a chassis that takes a ar15 buffer tube. You will need this adaptor or something like it to attach the stock.

for what you get, and compared to other stocks its actually a value. i have seen this as low as $210. Dont get me wrong, thats alot of money but when compared to others without any of the adjustability, its priced ok.

@@johnkirkpatrick1536 well in a round about way you have seen it before. It’s a bunch of extra parts from builds that have morphed into something different. It has the Rival Arms chassis from the Faxon build but I had it Cerakoted Black. The Faxon build did not hold up. Very disappointed with Faxon. Has the Ultra Lightweight Kidd barrel. I replaced with another ULW Kidd but threaded. Brownells receiver, Kidd Trigger. Almost a carbon copy of the Tactical Kidd build but with a non threaded barrel and a bunch of non Kidd parts. But it has Kidd where it needs it.
